Can you burn fat & gain serious muscle at the same time? You should change weights with the seasons (as long as you dont do it too suddenly). No mammal in nature stays the same weight all year long. During the winter season they get thin and burn off excess fat – and then in spring and summer they gain again – and then they lean down again. Part of nature’s cycle. Im now at that awkward stage of a cut & bulk where I’m not bulked up enough for maximum muscle and not cut for maximum shred.
